Online registration of your student starts with a few simple steps. Cyber High School, like all online high schools, requires certain documents in order to get you in classes. For online registration you will need:
- A Picture of Your ID
- A Copy or Picture of Your Birth Certificate Enrollment Page 1 Enrollment 2
- The Completed Meal Form Free and Reduced Meals – English
- The Completed Language Form Home Language Survey-English
- Affidavit of Residency Az Residence Affidavit
- An Authorization to Release Education Records Student Records Request
To begin with, you will be required to complete these before your student can begin classes. But, If you are unable to upload them you can fax them to (623) 907-2501 or you can also e-mail them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
